A permanent reference is generated automatically the moment your application file is opened — JG (Jacta Global), the year, and your client number in sequence, e.g. JG-2026-001, then JG-2026-002. It is shown at the top of your student portal and emailed to you. Quote it on WhatsApp, email or on this page.
